We carry many types of furniture & automotive upholstery leather.
We have sources for leathers from around the world. Hair-on leathers, animal
print leathers, glossy and matte tanned leathers. We sell
leather in either full hides or half hides - only.
Your upholstered furniture or automobile can become rich and elegant if
you upholster it in one of our finest Top Grain Leathers, when upholstery fabric
just won't do.
For every yard of 54" upholstery fabric order
18 square feet of upholstery leather. A half hide of upholstery leather is approx.
25 square feet. A full hide of upholstery leather is approx. 50 square feet.
How to Clean Leather
Sufficient oils are incorporated in the leather
during the tannage to last indefinitely. As the finish is waterproof, oil applied to the surface of the
leather will not affect the hide itself, but it will certainly RUIN
the finish. Never use furniture polishes, varnishes, or ammonia, as these are certain to
ruin the finish also, causing it to become sticky and ultimately crack.
Soiled Leather may be washed using these simple instructions:
1) Use lukewarm, not hot or cold distilled or
pure water, and any MILD soap on treated leathers.
MILD soap is not recommended on all leathers, please verify
your leather is washable with soap.
2) Work up a thin layer of suds on a piece of cheese-cloth
and go over the
leather surface.
3) Go over the cleaned area again with a piece of damp cheese-cloth, this time using
no soap.
4) Finish up by wiping with a dry, soft cloth.

This leather is Top Grain
Aniline leather that has a protective top coat. This extra finish
ensures overall color consistency, still displaying the leather's
beauty and natural characteristics, and endures the heavy use typical
of high energy family and heavy traffic business environments. This
also includes a high resistance to fading, liquid spills and other
staining materials. Full hides average 45 square feet.

This leather is Top Grain
Aniline leather that has a protective top coat. This extra finish
ensures overall color consistency, still displaying the leather's
beauty and natural characteristics, and endures the heavy use typical
of high energy family and heavy traffic business environments. This
also includes a high resistance to fading, liquid spills and other
staining materials. Full hides average 50 square feet. Made in light of age-old library leathers. A nice glossy sheen and
pristine hand rubbed finish makes Windsor a perfect leather for
contract as well as residential furniture.

Sarkara
Leather Embossed In Alligator Skin Pattern
This pure leather is Top Grain
Aniline leather that is produced entirely by hand using old artisan
techniques. The hides are embossed to simulate a horned back
alligator. Due to the lengthy coloring
process, color variation should be expected from lot to lot. Pure
aniline leather has no additional surface protectants applied. Use no
soap cleaning this leather. Full hides average 25 square feet.
