Samples:

• We charge $ 2.00 per cut on any sample sent.
• No refunds or returns on cut samples.
• Samples are sent USPS unless otherwise specified whereas the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Purchasing:

• We sell wholesale to Upholstery Shops, Automotive Trim Shops, Marine Canvas Fabricators, Interior Designers, Manufacturers, and Re-sellers.
• There is an additional $ 5.00 freight fee for orders under 5 yards - this pertains to special orders only.
• Only credit cards issued through US banks are accepted.
• We require bank transfer or Western Union wire transfers on all International orders.

Returns:

• There will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Customer responsible for all shipping charges.
• No returns allowed on special order goods.
• No returns allowed on discontinued products.
• Returned goods must be received in the same condition as they were when originally shipped, otherwise additional fees may apply.
